Arrival Information
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
All participants should arrive on Saturday, June 29 and depart on Saturday, July 20, 2019. If you plan to arrive early or depart after July 20, you will need to provide your own transportation to and from the airport. Otherwise, transportation will be provided to and from the airport between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm on the arrival and departure day. UNC Charlotte staff will meet the participants at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Upon arrival, participants should collect their luggage and go to the Charlotte Bistro/Starbucks area (on the same level as baggage claim) to meet the UNC Charlotte staff. All UNC Charlotte staff will be wearing dark green t-shirts that say Niner International on them.

If your travel plans change prior to Saturday, June 29 and you will no longer be arriving on the fligth that you originally provided, please contact Rachel at (001) 704-687-1970 or rladenhe@uncc.edu with your updated flight information. If your flight is delayed or canceled on Saturday, June 29, contact our after hours line at: (001) 980-335-7851.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided in UNC Charlotte’s Housing & Residence Life’s Belk Hall (address below). When you arrive at the residence hall on Saturday, June 29, a UNC Charlotte staff member will help you check in. There are no events planned the evening of June 29. You should use this time to unpack and relax.

PROGRAM ORIENTATION
Program orientation will be held on Sunday, June 30. During orientation, you will meet the rest of the program staff, tour the UNC Charlotte campus, and receive more information about your stay in Charlotte.
